What is kept
Your email address and a hashed password, so you can sign in. How many minutes you have bought and used, and a record of each purchase, so the balance is right. Your display name, saved CV, job description, and practice notes are also stored in your account until you change or remove them.
What is not kept
No audio, ever. Speech is turned into text by the speaker's own browser — it never reaches this server as sound. The text of a session is held in memory while the session is running and is dropped when it goes quiet; it is not written to disk and cannot be read back afterwards.
Speech recognition
Speaking uses the recognition built into Chrome and Edge. Your browser may send audio to its speech-recognition provider for transcription. This site does not receive or store microphone audio.
AI practice
When AI practice is enabled, questions and your saved practice context are sent to the configured AI provider to generate responses. Review that provider’s data terms before including sensitive information. AI responses can be inaccurate.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and are never seen by this site; what is stored here is a Stripe customer reference and the minutes each payment bought.
Cookies
A sign-in cookie keeps your account session active. Your appearance and reading preferences are saved in browser storage. Wareyva does not include advertising or analytics trackers.
Typefaces
The two typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your browser fetches them from Google and Google sees that request. Other external services used by the app are described above.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is handled by the site operator. A contact address has not yet been published. You can remove saved CV and job-description text from Practice setup.
Getting in touch
Privacy contact: not yet provided by the site operator.
