THE DETAILS, IN PLAIN ENGLISH

A few things to know.

An overview of using Wareyva, your account, and speaking minutes.

Publication details pendingThe site operator has not yet supplied a policy review date, business contact, or refund policy.

The service

Wareyva passes spoken words, as text, from one browser to another, and marks the line being read aloud. It is offered as it is, and it depends on speech recognition built into browsers that this site does not control.

Your account

One account, one person. Keep your password to yourself; anything done with your sign-in is treated as done by you.

Minutes and payment

Every account gets a daily allowance of free speaking minutes, which resets each day and does not carry over. Beyond that, minutes are bought in credits through Stripe: a one-off payment, no subscription, nothing to cancel and nothing that renews. Bought minutes do not expire. Free minutes are used before bought ones.

A minute is counted for each minute in which something is actually spoken. Prices may change, but minutes already bought are unaffected.

Refunds

The site operator has not yet published a refund policy. Confirm the applicable policy with the operator before purchasing minutes.

Fair use

Do not use it to break the law, to transcribe people who have not agreed to be transcribed where that is not allowed, or in a way that degrades the service for others. Accounts doing any of that can be closed.

Liability

The service may be interrupted, and recognition makes mistakes. It is not suitable as the only record of anything that matters, and liability is limited to what you have paid in the previous month.
