One-time purchases
Credit packs are intended to be one-time purchases. They do not create a subscription, automatic renewal or recurring credit-pack payment. When purchases open, the pack, price and currency must be shown before payment.
To stop using Wareyva, end any active session. For a purchase issue, read the Refund policy and payment help.
End a session
- Open the active session.
- Select End in the session’s top bar.
- Complete the end-session action shown in the app and check that the session has ended.
Ending a credit session stops future 30-minute block charges. A started block remains charged and its credits are not restored automatically if you finish early. A free 10-minute session does not spend credits.
Muting or pausing the microphone, closing the app, hiding its window or leaving the page does not end the session. The timer continues until the session ends. Read the session billing rules before starting with credits.
Unused credits
Welcome, purchased and added credits never expire while your account remains available. Changing an offer does not remove welcome, purchased or added credits already awarded. Ending one session leaves any unused permanent balance available for later sessions.
Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by law or Dodo Payments’ terms. Stopping a session does not submit a refund request. Read the planned Refund policy for payment problems and exceptions.
Delete an account
In Account settings, choose Delete account, type confirm, then select Delete account. This permanently removes your account, saved documents, transcripts and remaining credits, ends active sessions and signs you out on all devices. Limited financial records and separate support emails follow the retention rules in the Privacy policy.
Account deletion cannot be undone and does not submit a refund request. Read the data-deletion details and resolve any unclear payment before deleting your account.
