Payment questions
Credit packages are currently previews. You can use the free sessions offered in the app. Read the Refund policy and Cancellation policy for the current rules.
When purchases open, check your balance and payment history in Credits & Billing if a checkout is interrupted or credits do not appear. Avoid buying the same pack again until you have checked the first payment’s status.
When purchases open, you can request a review of duplicate charges, missing purchased credits or verified service failures. Read how to request a refund exception for the information to include, request deadline and response and refund timing. A request does not guarantee approval.
Account & privacy
You can update your details, change your password or permanently delete your account in Account settings. Individual saved transcripts can be opened and removed from Recent sessions.
Read the Privacy policy before sharing personal information. Account deletion removes your saved Wareyva data and ends active sessions; it is not a refund request.
What to share when contacting support
When contacting support, include your account email, a short description of the problem, the date and time, and the browser or app version. For a payment issue, include the order or transaction ID and the amount and currency shown on the receipt.
Never send your password, verification codes, full card number or card security code. Remove unrelated private information from screenshots.
Complaints and privacy requests
Email support@wareyva.com with the subject Complaint or Privacy request. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and work to resolve them within one month. If further information is needed, we will explain the next steps. These timelines do not limit any rights under applicable consumer law.
Support emails and limited financial records follow the retention rules in our Privacy policy, including after account deletion.
