Purpose and permitted uses
Wareyva supports learning, preparation, and communication, helping people build confidence and express their ideas clearly. Its transcripts, reading marker, and AI suggestions support understanding and communication; they do not replace your own knowledge, work, or judgment.
Appropriate uses include mock interviews, language and speaking practice, studying and explaining concepts, presentation rehearsal, and permitted communication support in meetings and conversations with consenting participants. AI suggestions and speech recognition may be inaccurate. No grade, job offer, improvement, or other outcome is guaranteed.
Acceptable use: no cheating or deception
Cheating, deception, and unauthorized assistance are strictly prohibited. You must follow the rules set by your school, employer, interviewer, examination body, or other relevant organization. Disclose AI assistance and obtain permission when required.
- Do not use Wareyva for undisclosed or unauthorized assistance during exams, graded assignments, certifications, or hiring interviews.
- Do not present AI-generated answers as your independent work where doing so is misleading or violates the applicable rules.
- Do not impersonate another person, fabricate qualifications, or bypass assessment or proctoring controls.
- Do not use window, cursor, or screen-sharing controls to conceal assistance that is prohibited.
- Capture or transcribe another person’s speech only with the consent and permissions required for your situation. Use only documents and other content you have the right to share.
Users are responsible for their use of the service. Access may be restricted or suspended for misuse, unlawful activity, or harm to the service or other users, subject to applicable law. These rules do not claim that misuse can always be prevented.
Your account
One account, one person. Keep your password to yourself; anything done with your sign-in is treated as done by you.
Session time and credits
Choose a free 10-minute session or use credits when starting a new session. Free sessions do not spend your credits.
Hourly rates are 1 credit for AI, 0.5 credit for Support, and 1.5 credits for Support + AI. Sessions are charged in 30-minute blocks: 0.5, 0.25 and 0.75 credit respectively. The first block is charged when the session starts, and each later block is charged when it begins. The maximum duration is fixed from the complete blocks affordable with your starting balance. Any remainder stays in your account.
The timer counts elapsed time, including microphone pauses and time with the app closed. End the session to stop future block charges. A started block remains charged even if you finish early; its credits are not restored automatically. Welcome offers, when available, are awarded once after email verification during the offer’s active dates, at the amount shown at verification. Welcome, purchased and added credits already awarded never expire while your account remains available. Offer changes apply to future grants. Sessions already open before this change keep their original billing rules and rates. Admin sessions do not spend credits.
Payments, refunds & cancellation
Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by law or Dodo Payments’ terms. This is the planned policy for credit purchases, including used and unused credits. See the Refund policy for exceptions and payment problems.
Free sessions remain available as shown in the app. When purchases open, credit packs are intended to be one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. The pack, price and currency must be shown before you pay.
Credit packs have USD base prices. When purchases open, accounts set to India will pay in INR; other accounts will pay in USD. Displayed rupee prices are converted estimates, rounded to the nearest ₹10. Dodo Payments’ conversion rate, conversion fees and any applicable taxes may change the final INR total. Checkout shows the final amount and currency before you confirm payment.
The prepared digital delivery adds credits once to the account used at checkout after Dodo confirms payment and Wareyva verifies it. Credits normally appear within a few minutes; contact support@wareyva.com if they are missing after 30 minutes. This is a delivery target, not a guarantee against provider or network delays. Purchases remain disabled during setup and testing. If a payment is interrupted, check its status, your balance and payment history before buying again.
Read the Refund policy and Cancellation policy for credit usage, session ending and future purchase information. The planned refund exception process explains how to request a review and its timing; the payment privacy details explain the planned Dodo integration and records. Ending a session or deleting your account does not submit a refund request. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Fair use
Do not use it to break the law, to transcribe people who have not agreed to be transcribed where that is not allowed, or in a way that degrades the service for others. Accounts doing any of that can be closed.
Service limitations
Service availability depends on your device, connection, and third-party speech and AI services. Interruptions, transcription errors, and incorrect AI responses can occur. Verify important information independently, and do not rely on Wareyva as your only record or as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
